From the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE subtree, browse to :

• SYSTEM\Current\ControlSet\Services
• SYSTEM\Current\ControlSet\Services\NWLink\IPXNetConf
• SOFTWARE\Microsoft\<directory Specifying Manufacturer>
• SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\NetworkCards<number>

and remove unwanted entries.
